Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support to join our team. As a Contract Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule engineers' diaries and coordinate all aspects of finance, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Contract Administration: Manage all paperwork for monthly billing, including raising quotes, purchase orders, and processing timesheets and expenses.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is received from subcontractors and that all client needs are met.
- Financial Management: Compile month-end billing, including sales invoices and closure of WIP, and produce monthly payroll, including labor, on-call, and expenses reports.
- Communication and Collaboration: Positively respond to internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility, while optimizing contract performance.
Requirements:
- Contract Support Experience: Must have experience in contract support or a related field.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including experience with CAFM systems and multiple contracts.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT, with experience in general administration and contract management.
