Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and effective administrator to provide support to the Excellence in Care (EiC) team within the Nursing and Service Improvement (NSI) Directorate at Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
As an administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and will be required to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, enthusiastic, and driven in their approach to work, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
