About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrator to join our People Team in Glasgow or Dundee. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of all things people-related.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees across the business, ensuring consistency in the application of our organisational policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and facilitate various HR-related activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including line managers and employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
