Administrative Coordinator Contract Duration:
- 6 months rolling contract
Work Location:
- Remote with occasional office visits
Compensation:
- £18 per hour PAYE
Role Overview:
A position has opened for an Administrative Coordinator to join a leading contractor specializing in Rail, Construction, and Civil Engineering. The role operates Monday to Friday, totaling 35 hours weekly, with the flexibility of remote work alongside periodic attendance at the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating trackers
- Planning rosters
- Processing property request forms
- Inputting program data
- Organizing files
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Taking minutes during meetings
Required Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional time management capabilities
- Availability to commence work immediately or within a week's notice
