Job Title: Inclusion & Diversity Lead (part time)We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Inclusion & Diversity Lead, who will play a leading role in growing our organisation and helping us spread the good word about our impact on young people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Work closely with our Engagement Manager and Commercial Director to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Deliver engaging presentations to large groups of young people and clients, showcasing our organisation's impact and value proposition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management and planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic and fun office environment
- BSc/BA in Business Management or other relevant fields
- A competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £27,000, reflecting your experience and skills (plus the ability to earn additional bonus and commission)
