Job Title: Accounting Skills Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Skills Coach to join our team at Chichester College Group. As a Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting adult learners in achieving their accounting qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching to adult learners in accounting skills
  • Assess and provide feedback on learner progress

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of accounting programs
  • Contribute to the development of new accounting programs and services

Requirements:

  • Qualification in accounting or extensive experience in the field
  • Assessing or training qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and manage a case load
