Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Coach to join our team as an NVQ Assessor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the full Apprenticeship Standard in Community Activator Coach Level 2, as well as delivering Functional Skills in Maths and English Level 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure apprentices are meeting the required standards.
  • Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
Requirements
  • Must hold strong occupational competency within Sports Coaching (e.g., Football Coach / Cricket Coach / Basketball Coach etc.).
  • Must hold own Level 1 Sports Coaching qualification as a minimum (e.g., NGB or Multi Skilled).
  • Must be confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
  • Must hold a minimum of the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) qualification.
