We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Coach to join our team at Maximus UK. As an Employment Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting customers to address their barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide individualized support to customers to help them overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.

- Job Placement: Work with customers to identify job opportunities and provide support to help them secure and sustain employment.
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of customers and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work with multiple agencies and stakeholders to develop holistic approaches to support customers and achieve employment outcomes.
- Marketing and Outreach: Use marketing and outreach skills to promote the services of Maximus UK and attract new customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure that the service continues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve employment outcomes.
