Job Summary

We are seeking an Employment Coach to join our team in Brighton. As an Employment Coach, you will work with customers to address their barriers to employment and provide individualised support to help them secure and sustain employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers to identify employment opportunities and develop the skills and confidence needed to secure and sustain employment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide coaching and mentoring to help them overcome barriers to employment.
  • Work with customers to develop personalised action plans and provide support to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with local agencies and services to provide holistic support to customers.
  • Market specific customers to employers and identify job opportunities that match their skills and experience.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximise customer opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure the service continues to deliver excellent customer service.

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at grade 'C' or above or equivalent qualification or experience
