Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Employment Support Specialist to join our team at Fedcap Group. As an Employment Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing tailored employment support services to individuals, addressing barriers to gaining new employment and helping them achieve and sustain work.

About the Role

As an Employment Adviser, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, holding initial appointments, and action plans to ensure appropriate and effective contractual activity is undertaken by all participants. You will also address participants' personal constraints to employment, providing challenge, advice, and guidance where appropriate to develop participants' capability in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of participants and holding initial appointments and action plans
  • Addressing participants' personal constraints to employment and providing challenge, advice, and guidance
  • Identifying, structuring, and recommending vacancy and training solutions
  • Developing relationships and networks with key stakeholders, including employers, Job Centre teams, and funding providers
  • Delivering customer service standards to maximize participants' chances of securing sustainable employment

About You
