About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Payments Management Team at Kensington Mortgages. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and apply incoming customer payments to their mortgage accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable regulations, procedures, and policies, while utilizing your judgment to resolve issues.
  • Consider risk when completing daily activities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.
  • Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to verbal requests over the phone or in writing, providing excellent customer service.
  • Understand and interpret complex customer administration processes and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, resolving customer complaints and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge within the financial services industry, with the ability to interpret and respond to complex queries and transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
