About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Servicing Investigator to join our team at Kensington Mortgages. As a key member of our Complaints Team, you will play a critical role in resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and respond to internal and external complaints accurately and efficiently.
  • Take ownership of complex complaints and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical knowledge as a subject matter expert and represent the team in meetings and discussions.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable regulation, procedure, and policy.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve complaints at first point of contact.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Financial Services, with a strong understanding of mortgage administration and complaint handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on customer delivery and resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and respond to complex customer queries.
