About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Shared Ownership Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead. As a key member of our new homes sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on shared ownership mortgages and a range of non-regulated insurance products and services to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new homes sites and estate agency teams
- Collecting and acting on information gathered from colleagues and referrals
- Providing advice on shared ownership mortgages and a range of non-regulated insurance products and services
- Attracting new customers and business while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Requirements
- Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
- CeMap qualified or equivalent
- Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
- 2 years or more experience as a mortgage advisor
- Motivated to be successful
- Always doing the right thing by the customer
- Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
- Full UK driving license
