Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Lending Operations Team, ensuring timely and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
  • Support Underwriters with administrative requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inbound call volumes, providing exceptional customer service to intermediaries, solicitors, and applicants.
  • Adhere to service standards as set out in our Policy & Procedures Manual, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Mortgage Intermediaries, identifying new business opportunities and enhancing our service offering.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Underwriters to optimize our mortgage application process, ensuring high-quality service and outcomes.
  • Manage receipt of mortgage application and administration fees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Ensure quality of intermediary updates, providing clear and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Assess correspondence to ensure lending criteria and conditions are met, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a processing or administration environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Regulatory knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
