Job Summary

At Skye Business Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented External Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets, building and maintaining knowledge of why opportunities are lost to improve our sales processes based on real data, and nurturing existing client relationships through good communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of why opportunities are lost to improve our sales processes based on real data.
  • Nurture existing client relationships through good communication.
  • Look for opportunities within existing and new clients to push sales solutions through proactive business development.
  • Logging all contacts and enquiries with 100% accuracy in the CRM to enable quoting, follow-ups, and order-taking.
  • Managing the CRM to ensure that the pipeline and all opportunities/enquiries are fully up to date at all times.
  • Providing monthly sales and pipeline KPIs to the senior management team.
  • Occasional travel to attend and/or help exhibit at trade shows to promote the company.
  • Liaising with finance and operations daily to check when payments have been settled and schedule work within the workshop.

Requirements:

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Sales administration experience.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintaining and updating sales processes.
