About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Avetta. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Produce high-quality sales-ready leads and set qualified appointments for our field sales team.
  2. Achieve a minimum of 9 qualified meetings per month, as defined by our field sales team.
  3. Partner with our field sales counterparts to develop prospecting and lead nurturing strategies.
  4. Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com.
  5. Prospect both cold and warm leads, increasing brand awareness through outbound communication strategies.
  6. Maintain outstanding internal and external business relationships, attending trade shows and marketing events as assigned by SDR Management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or BDR roles.
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM proficiency, including strong understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships, demonstrate regular and predictive attendance, and meet minimum metrics.
