Sales Development Representative

At Avetta, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
