Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Avetta. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales-ready leads and appointments for the field sales team.
  • Achieve a quota of 9 qualified meetings per month.
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to increase their pipeline with new business opportunities.
  • Develop prospecting and lead nurturing strategies with sales counterparts.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
  • Capture and maintain accurate information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions.
  • Prospect both cold and warm leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Attend trade shows and marketing events as assigned.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or BDR role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships.
  • Regular and predictive attendance.
Metrics That Matter
  • Ability to complete an 8-hour in-office workday.
  • Minimum of 9 qualified meetings per month.
  • Minimum of 50 quality outbound calls per day.
