Key Responsibilities- Generate sales-ready leads and appointments for the field sales team.
- Achieve a quota of 9 qualified meetings per month.
- Collaborate with sales counterparts to increase their pipeline with new business opportunities.
- Develop prospecting and lead nurturing strategies with sales counterparts.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
- Capture and maintain accurate information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions.
- Prospect both cold and warm leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Attend trade shows and marketing events as assigned.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or BDR role.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
- Ability to establish strong relationships.
- Regular and predictive attendance.
- Ability to complete an 8-hour in-office workday.
- Minimum of 9 qualified meetings per month.
- Minimum of 50 quality outbound calls per day.
- Opportunity pipeline progression.
- Number of collected and qualified leads when traveling to events.
