Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Transport team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our drivers, arranging safety inspections and MOT bookings, and managing vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and breakdown support to drivers
- Arrange timely safety inspections and MOT bookings
- Manage vehicle repairs and cost control
- Perform data input on internal fleet management software
- Assist with ad hoc duties within the Transport team
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Computer literacy in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Flexibility and strong work ethic
Desirable:
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transport, or Fleet Management
- Attention to detail and compliance with legislation
- Good geographic knowledge or scheduling experience
