Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Transport team as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to drivers with technical and breakdown issues.
- Arrange timely safety inspections and MOT bookings, ensuring compliance with our Operator Licence.
- Utilize computer literacy in Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage data and perform administrative tasks.
- Input data into our internal fleet management software, with training provided.
- Authorise vehicle repairs not covered by our servicing contracts, ensuring cost control.
- Perform ad hoc duties within the Transport team.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, with experience in compliance or legislation.
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transport, or Fleet Management.
- Ability to manage time effectively and use initiative.
- Flexible nature and strong work ethic.
