We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Care Manager to lead our growing team in the West Suffolk area.

As a Registered Home Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals in their homes. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of home care service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and market share
  • Ensure that all care services meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated home care professionals
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • In-depth understanding of the social care sector and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
