Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Manager to lead and expand our services in the West Suffolk area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving business growth, with the aim of becoming a premier home care provider in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality care provision and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth and development, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and manage staff effectively, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team is in place to deliver exceptional care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the business are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care business, with a proven track record of success.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Skills:
    • Indepth understanding of the social care sector.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, electronic).
    • Proven management abilities.
    • Experience in staff recruitment.
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Clear police check relevant to the country of residence.
    • Driver with own vehicle.
