Job Title: Care Home Manager Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the nursing home, including managing staff, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Ensure the highest standards of care and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register
- Management experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience of Good or outstanding CQC inspections
- A respectful and kind communication style
- Knowledge and training in safeguarding assignments
