Residential Children\u2019s Home Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Children\u2019s Home team. As a key member of our Care Management team, you will have the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children in our Residential Children\u2019s Home.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in our care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a Residential Children\u2019s Home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
