About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Residential Children's Home team. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective support to staff, including advice and guidance, reflective supervision, and annual appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced care professionals to provide trauma-informed nurturing care for each child.
- Collaborate with the organisation's Therapeutic team to provide two days a week of therapeutic support, including advice and practical tools.
- Use your experience combined with the organisation's model to maintain high professional standards and ensure the well-being of children in care.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £42,119 - £48,978, depending on skills and experience, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
