About the Role
Maplewood Independent Living Limited are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support clients in their own homes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate person to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
* Accompanying clients with shopping and appointments
* Assisting with daily tasks, such as preparing and cooking meals
* Providing personal care and medication assistance
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring health, safety, and well-being of clients and yourself
* Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team members

**Requirements:**
We require someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has excellent communication skills. A valid driving licence and business insurance are essential, as you will need to drive to visit clients. Previous experience in care or a related field is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Benefits:**
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include free comprehensive training, funded Enhanced DBS check, excellent rates of pay, double pay bank holidays, holiday pay, paid mileage, pension, and career progression opportunities within the company.
