In this position, you will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own Domiciliary Care operation while benefiting from the support of a well-established and respected brand. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for both customers and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and the highest standard of care for all clients.
- Maintain the CQC/CIW registration for the branch, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Recruit and mentor new caregivers, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to foster the commercial growth of the branch.
- Continuously assess branch operations to ensure all client needs are met effectively.
- Communicate and implement all policies and procedures within the branch.
- Support the training and development of branch staff and caregivers.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be committed to obtaining this qualification. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in accordance with CQC/CIW guidelines is essential, along with experience in a management role within the care sector. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also required.
