Care Home DirectorWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Director to lead our esteemed 60-bed care home in Bury St Edmunds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our service, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional person-centered care.
Your Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the care home, fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and families.
- Develop and implement innovative care plans that meet the individual needs of our diverse resident population, encompassing residential and specialist dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices, maintaining our outstanding CQC rating.
- Manage and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals, providing ongoing support, training, and development opportunities.
- Effectively manage the home's budget in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
- Proven track record as a successful Care Home Manager within a similar-sized care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes in CQC inspections.
- Passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and support, with a genuine commitment to resident well-being.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits including:
- Up to £65k basic salary (negotiable)
- Performance-based bonus potential of up to £10k
- 38 days holiday per year
