Care Home Director

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Director to lead our esteemed 60-bed care home in Bury St Edmunds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our service, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional person-centered care.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the care home, fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and families.
  • Develop and implement innovative care plans that meet the individual needs of our diverse resident population, encompassing residential and specialist dementia care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices, maintaining our outstanding CQC rating.
  • Manage and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals, providing ongoing support, training, and development opportunities.
  • Effectively manage the home's budget in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
Your Profile
  • Proven track record as a successful Care Home Manager within a similar-sized care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes in CQC inspections.
  • Passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and support, with a genuine commitment to resident well-being.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
