In this role, you will experience the autonomy of managing your own Domiciliary Care operation while benefiting from the support of a well-established and respected brand. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of life for both customers and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional care standards.
  • Maintain the CQC/CIW registration for the branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and onboard new carers, guiding them through the recruitment process to build a strong team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to foster the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of branch operations to ensure all customer needs are met effectively.
  • Communicate and implement all policies and procedures within the branch to ensure compliance.
  • Support the training and development of branch staff and carers.

About You:

To excel in this position, you should possess a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to pursue this qualification. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC/CIW guidance is essential, along with experience in a management role within the care sector. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.
