- Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care business, with a proven track record of success.
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), demonstrating a strong understanding of the social care sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a clear police check relevant to the country of residence.
- Driver with own vehicle, with a willingness to travel as required.
- Commitment to applying principles of good care management, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and outcomes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results.
