Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Manager to lead and expand our services in the West Suffolk area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business growth with the aim of becoming the premier home care provider in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality care provision and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Drive business growth and development, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Recruit and manage staff effectively, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team is in place to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director, HR & Recruitment Team, and Training Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care business, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), demonstrating a strong understanding of the social care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a clear police check relevant to the country of residence.
  • Driver with own vehicle, with a willingness to travel as required.
