Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that all care staff are working effectively and efficiently to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
  • Care Planning: Good understanding of care planning processes.
  • Medication Administration: Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training.
