ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our Talent Partners and the wider People Team during a period of rapid growth. Your role will be vital in enhancing the efficiency and precision of our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent. You will be dedicated to delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from the initial job posting to the pre-onboarding phase. Your efforts will strengthen our relationships with prospective hires and the community, bolstering our employer brand and helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Partners.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining a high candidate net promoter score.
  • Manage tasks related to offers and pre-onboarding.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding process.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation and process manuals.
  • Administer hiring materials and maintain the applicant tracking system.
  • Support Talent Partners by analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize third-party platforms to analyze data and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Organize and assist with job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality administration and coordination.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive improvements and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Experience with recruitment systems, such as Workable ATS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Initial video call with a Talent Partner.
  • In-person interview with a Talent Partner.
  • Final interview with the Head of Department or Director of People & Talent.
