Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans to support key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to define and prioritize marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies, managing timelines and ensuring successful campaign execution.
  • Build content and messaging strategies tailored to specific segments, personas, and buyer's journey stages.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Cytiva's brand guidelines, writing standards, local regulatory requirements, and advertising and promotional collateral guidelines.
  • Establish and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches, making adjustments as needed to achieve results.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B business, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven thinking, strong analytical skills, and detailed knowledge of marketing analytics.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, global teams across multiple levels.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
