Job Title: Head of Application Management

Thorn Lighting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Application Management team. As the Head of Application Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan to drive growth and profitability for our indoor lighting brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth and profitability for our indoor lighting brands.
  • Lead the Application Management team to ensure effective execution of the business development plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including major customers, business influencers, and sales teams.
  • Provide domain leadership throughout the sales cycle, from initial qualification to closure of deals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, innovation management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic business development.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze current and future requirements of products.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
