Job Title: Chief Cost Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cost Accountant to join our team at NSR Associates. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for handling tenders worth £70 million + and working closely with our Head of Pre-Construction Director.

The Role and Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, working closely with the Head of Pre-Construction Director and other senior team members.

  • You will be required to travel occasionally to client sites.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of pricing experience.
  • Clear exposure as an Estimation Manager, Chief Estimator, Lead Estimator or Principal Estimator.
  • Confidence and commercial awareness to present to clients.
  • Solid technical and commercial awareness.
