About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our sales team and drive business expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product development.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure achievement of sales goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the CEO.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
