About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our sales team and drive business expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product development.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure achievement of sales goals and targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the CEO.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- A competitive estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000.
