Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.

• Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to ensure achievement of sales goals.

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer.

• Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in developing and executing successful sales and business development strategies.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organization.
