Part Time Administrator

**PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR**
**Minimum of 3 days (Wednesday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.45pm)**
**Responsibilities**
- Ordering of various products including professional imagery, EPCs and floorplans
- Producing brochures and correspondence relating to property marketing and subsequent sales
- Implementing client identification checks when required
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Invoice raising
- General office management such as ordering stationery
- Printing data and office forms
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
- Answering telephone enquiries courteously and efficiently
- Making viewing appointments
- Registering applicants
- Taking messages
- Data input
- Occasionally meet and greet clients/purchasers
- Accompanying viewings as and when required (rarely)
- Assistant to Practice Manager, where appropriate
**Skills**
- Ability to learn and use the company’s agency software (Muven) producing brochures and agency-related documentation
- Diary management - personal/office
- Data recording
- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs to include Word, Outlook & Excel
- Answering incoming calls, secure valuations, and viewings where the opportunity arises, taking messages and re-directing calls
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Strong keyboard skills with the ability to copy type
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of personal presentation - there will be occasional ‘front of house’ customer facing
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Team player
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Must drive and own a car
- Local knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £14,477.00 per year
