About the Role

TSL is seeking a proactive EHS Coordinator to support the team at our Head Office in Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute project-specific EHS items and materials as required.
  • Support project teams with EHS-related documentation, reports, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks on PPE levels, manage inventory, and re-order items when required.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections across all UK office locations, including fire safety, alarm, and extinguisher checks.
  • Maintain EHS notice boards to ensure all information is current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the EHS Compliance Director with internal ISO audits, helping to ensure ongoing certification and adherence to ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with the TSL Group EHS Director and EHS team members on various projects as needed, providing administrative and logistical support.
Requirements
  • Interested in EHS regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
