Job Summary

Freshminds Interim is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to support their clients in managing complex urban regeneration projects and organisational change programmes. The ideal candidate will have strong project and programme management skills, with a focus on supporting council-led housing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in managing multiple workstreams as part of their regeneration projects
  • Liaise with various team members within the business, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc.
  • Work closely with and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders ranging in seniority
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong project and programme management skills with a focus on supporting council-led housing delivery
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
