About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative Hybrid to join our team at E-Personnel Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and efficient solutions to their needs.
  • Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company's products and services, as well as those of our subsidiary and associated companies.
  • Marketing: Promote our products and services to existing customers, and assist with the despatch of customer questionnaire forms as needed.
  • Operations: Assist with the administration of operations, including the provision of statistical information and preparing standard or dictated letter responses to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company's products and services.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
