Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to engage with customers and provide support.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software systems and tools, including CRM platforms and customer service tools.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
