Travel Retail Consultant - Clinique

Position Overview:

The primary objective is to meet the personal goals established by Clinique while contributing to the overall success of the retail account.

Brand Representation:

Maintain and enhance Clinique's image and reputation among customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

Achieve the sales targets set by the organization as communicated by the counter manager.

Performance Indicators:

  • Target achievement percentage
  • Average Sales
  • Items Per Transaction
  • Monthly Objectives
  • Skin School services completed

Proactively seek opportunities to boost sales and improve service standards.

Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the brand and its offerings.

Deliver personalized service to meet customer expectations and sales goals.

Sales Metrics:

  • Sales targets
  • Number of Skin Schools completed

Stay informed about new inventory, best-selling items, and stock availability.

Achieve daily sales objectives.

Serve as a role model, motivating colleagues to meet established standards.

Take ownership of personal development.

Understand and promote the company culture and brand image consistently.

Merchandising:

Performance Standards:

Maintain merchandising displays and ensure cleanliness of testers and fixtures, aligning with Clinique's image and guidelines.

Ensure counter merchandising adheres to marketing guidelines and communicate updates to the appropriate parties.

Regularly review and communicate visual merchandising solutions to address stock challenges.

Adhere to brand guidelines consistently.

Document and share visual updates with management.

Report any health and safety or maintenance issues to the counter manager promptly.

Education and Training:

Performance Expectations:

Complete all self-learning modules as directed by the counter manager.

Finish e-learning within six months of starting with Clinique.

Foster relationships with key agency partners to train and coach staff to support retail objectives.

Sales Outcomes:

  • Achieving sales results for new products
  • Training for agency staff

Collaborate individually or as part of a team to provide high-quality personalized Clinique Travel Retail services to all customers.

Metrics:

  • Number of Skin Schools completed
  • Customer service quality

Qualifications:

Additional Responsibilities:

Adhere to appearance and personal standards.

Demonstrate a passion for the Clinique brand.

Exhibit a quick learning ability and a compliant nature.

Engage in meaningful conversations with customers.

Show initiative and effective communication skills.

Possess strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Work independently, under pressure, and remain self-motivated.

Communicate effectively through designated channels.

Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic retail environment.

Prior experience in retail is preferred.

Management experience in similar roles is advantageous.

Applicants must possess a valid passport for airport work.

To obtain necessary security clearance, a checkable five-year work or education history is required.

Proof of eligibility to live and work in the country is necessary for interview consideration.
