Your Role

We are in search of a full-time Beauty Consultant for Travel Retail to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our renowned fragrances and helping customers discover their perfect scent match. You will actively pursue new sales opportunities, deepen your knowledge of fragrance composition and ingredients, and most importantly, provide outstanding customer service, delighting our clientele with a touch of British elegance.

You have a genuine enthusiasm for fragrance, a commitment to delivering exceptional luxury customer service, and a desire to learn about the art of perfumery while building meaningful connections with our customers. You bring prior experience in a retail environment, particularly within an airport setting. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
