This role involves leading the recruitment, training, and development of the Clinique consultant team, setting a standard for exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Management:
Maintain and communicate updated retail targets aligned with corporate expectations, ensuring clarity among the Clinique team. Analyze performance metrics, including sales results versus targets, to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings to review performance and strategize on enhancing sales.
Implement a strategic six-month business plan that aligns with marketing initiatives, ensuring proactive engagement in sales opportunities.
Execute bi-monthly promotional events to boost sales and evaluate their effectiveness.
Monitor competitor activities and collaborate with management to refine business strategies.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and guide team members through effective coaching, setting clear objectives to meet brand performance indicators. Ensure all team members adhere to grooming standards and maintain high service levels.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to foster communication and address performance issues promptly.
Inventory Oversight:
Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Attend to weekly stock assessments to maintain product availability.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure merchandising displays are maintained to reflect brand standards, conducting weekly checks to uphold cleanliness and organization.
Recruitment and Training:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and regular performance reviews during their initial months.
Promote continuous learning and development among team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, in a dynamic retail environment. Previous experience in retail management is essential, along with a valid passport for operational requirements.
Successful candidates will be required to provide a detailed work history and meet security clearance standards as mandated by airport authorities.
