About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Advisor to join our Billing team at a leading Utilities Provider. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective resolution to customer queries, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations employees at all levels to ensure that work activities are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Enquiry Management: Accurately record and process a variety of customer enquiries, including diagnosing customer issues through detailed questioning and active listening.
  • Product Promotion: Promote products in line with marketing input, ensuring that customers are aware of the services and products available to them.
  • Performance Management: Review own performance statistics and take responsibility for personal development, ensuring that individual and team performance is optimized.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly between hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am - 5.00pm on Saturday.
  • Customer Experience: Experience of working with customers, face to face, telephone or internal customers, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Good keyboard skills, numerical reasoning, and experience of Microsoft office applications.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear tone and understandable voice.
