As a Registered Care Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Domiciliary Care Office. This service is characterized by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a dynamic team committed to supporting a wonderful group of individuals.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of those we assist, while also leading a team to promote greater independence and positive outcomes for our clients.

You will oversee the daily operations of the service(s), develop and implement personalized support plans, conduct assessments of care needs, recruit and onboard new team members, perform supervisions and appraisals, ensure medication competencies and audits are completed, participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, and conduct quarterly audits and reports. Additionally, you will effectively manage the service's financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual obligations, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures. We seek a friendly, dynamic, and compassionate leader who is passionate about the care sector and dedicated to providing exceptional support.

Participation in the on-call rota may be required, subject to the needs of the service.

We value both the right experience and the right values in our Registered Care Service Supervisor. Therefore, candidates should possess prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, be willing and able to undertake CQC registration, and hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors is also essential.
