As a Registered Care Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our care office. This environment is welcoming and friendly, supported by a dynamic team committed to assisting a wonderful group of individuals.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of those we support. You will lead a team to promote independence and achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
Key duties include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the service(s).
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans.
- Conducting assessments of care needs.
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Completing supervisions and appraisals.
- Managing medication competencies and audits.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Conducting quarterly audits and reports.
- Effectively managing the service's P&L.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements.
You will be a compassionate, dynamic leader with a strong commitment to the care sector and a desire to provide exceptional support.
This role also involves participating in an on-call rota, which may vary based on service needs.
This position is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, whether by empowering colleagues or assisting those we support in achieving their goals.
We are looking for candidates with the right experience and values. Therefore, our Registered Care Facility Manager should possess prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, and hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors is essential.
