As a Registered Care Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our DCA Office. This service is known for its welcoming atmosphere and dynamic team, dedicated to supporting a wonderful group of individuals.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of those we assist, while also leading a team to promote independence and positive outcomes for our clients.

Key duties will involve managing daily operations, developing and implementing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, recruiting and training new staff, overseeing supervisions and appraisals, ensuring medication competencies and audits are completed, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, and managing quarterly audits and reports. You will also be responsible for the financial management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and compassionate leader who is passionate about the care sector and committed to providing exceptional support.

Participation in the on-call rota may be required, depending on service needs.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, whether by helping colleagues build confidence or assisting clients in achieving their independence and goals.

We seek a Registered Care Facility Manager with the right experience and values. Candidates should have prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, and possess a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors is essential.
