As a Registered Care Facility Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Domiciliary Care Agency in a supportive and vibrant environment, working with a fantastic team.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of those we assist, while guiding a team to promote independence and positive outcomes for our clients.
Key duties include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the service(s).
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans.
- Conducting assessments of care needs.
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Carrying out supervisions and performance reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with medication protocols and conducting audits.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Completing quarterly audits and reports.
- Managing the service's financial performance.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
You will also participate in an on-call rotation, which may be adjusted based on service needs.

We are looking for a Registered Care Facility Supervisor who possesses the right experience and values. Candidates should have prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, and hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors is essential.
